FAMILY AGREEMENTS

This contract has the purpose to ensure the business generational transition -and especially of small-medium companies, which represent the most conspicuous Italian reality- without discounting the randomness of a subsequent re-discussion of theprogrammed arrangement through institutions of succession such as collating and lowering action.

What characterizes this institution, in fact, is the subtraction of the ordinary rules of succession in the field of assignments.

With this contract a descendant receives an award, concerning the company or shareholdings, and then, after a conventional estimation of this award, a liquidation of the heirs by the assignee has to be realized , through the payment of a sum corresponding to the value of the shareholdings required by law. This liquidation may also be waived, however, and it can be implemented in different manners.
